I had a GTX1050Ti with no 6pin connector and it worked just fine, it fried so now i'm using an older HD7770 that i had around. The problem is that it shuts down when i try to play any game, it lets me enter the main menu, but when in-game it almost immediately shuts down the PC(tested with CS GO and Borderlands 2). I tried to stress test it with AIDA64 and it worked just fine. It's also worth mentioning that i have a molex to 6pin adaptor to power it, and i think it might not get enough power from it, but that doesn't explain why it worked under aida64 stress test at 100% load. My pc full spec list is
MSI Tomahawk B350
R7 1700
16GB DDR4 Trident Z clocked at 3000
248SSD + 1TB HDD
As for the PSU it's a Seasonic S12II 620 Watt and it should be enough for this GPU, any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you
