Why am I all of the sudden getting "HDCP Support Required" errors in Win7 Media Center?

Until Silicon Dust people get licensing approved to support playback/record of DRM protected files, I have resolved to stick with WMC. I am currently running Win7, MSI z8715 mb, i5 cpu, 16gb memory, Intel 4600 graphics adapter, HDMI to Samsung TV. There have been no hardware or driver changes since Microsoft closed win7 support. Files have not been moved in accord with PlayOnce requirements. Why all of the sudden (just this A.M.) can I no longer playback any DRM protected files?

Saw post somewhere to remove power from TV, remove HDMI, wait, reinstall HDMI then power. Does work for Video - but no sound. Then reboot and all seems to work until I close WMC. Then all starts again. Tried 3 other cable with exact same results but last cable swap attempt seems stable for the moment - even after closing WMC. I'm hopeful but still not convinced issue is resolved.

If you can think of anything else than buying new High Speed HDR compatible HDMI cable (expensive) - I'm all ears and would appreciate the help!

Thanks Wolfshadw, just a followup....

As suspected current setup failed now giving HDCP error. Also, tried logging onto Vudu streaming service thru Roku and am now getting similar HDCP errors. Since Roku connect to TV using different HDMI cable, would that imply problem is with older TV?
