hdd air flow temp failed

First, make sure you backup all the data from that HDD somewhere safe and sound before you proceed with the troubleshooting. Afterwards, I'd strongly recommend you to re-seat the connections to the HDD inside your rig. While there, you should make sure that all fans on the machine are functioning properly. If needed, clean the dust inside the case and verify that all the vents are open and dust-free.
You should also test the hard drive using its manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool and benchmark the SMART results from there as well.
