I wiped HDD with AFSSI-5020 method 3 passes using "eraser" software.
- But some how i still could retrieve my data with "DiskDigger" back,
Did complete Windows 10 wipe with ''remove everything'' option.
- Still data was there.
Then i did again same HDD free space wipe/overwriting with "cipher.exe" - tool what is build in, in windows.
- Still data was there.
In general - there is tons of data, all pictures mostly looks like some kinda banners or advertises, some windows 7 icons and other stuff like documents.
Disk has 4 portions - i wiped all of them "even hidden ones" ~ according to "diskmgmt.msc"
"GetDataBack Pro" showing also 4 portions, but when disk is scanned for recover there are 7 portions.
If i'm overwriting data couple times why its still recoverable?
Is there way to get rid of it?
Thanks in advance.
