I bought a new hdd for my ps3 and when I was installing the updates there was a power cut, and after that the hdd wasn't recognized on the ps3. So I decided to try it on my pc, it wasn't recognized on the windows, so I used cmd from the recovery mode to format it, and it work for a week. After a week I was moving some files to the hdd and the computer froze, so I restarted the computer and the hdd was no longer recognized on the windows. Tried to format from the recovery mode and still wasn't recognized on the windows. Tried to format using MiniTool Partition Wizard and after t it's complete the hdd disappears. When I opened MiniTool after formatig the 1st time with MiniTool, it was like I didn't format the disk, it had used space. Did the surface test and only 20 errors where found.
Does anyone has an idea?

Forgive me for my English

Hey there.

What do you mean by "only 20 errors"? What kind of errors? I'd suggest that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and run all the tests, to see what's the situation with the drive. It really sounds like it could be faulty. If this is the case, you should be able to RMA it by contacting either the vendor you got it from or the manufacturer's customer support, if it's under warranty.

By the way, your English is fine. :)

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.
