hdd disk connected but it asking to format

my wb hard disk is connected but when i open it should asking to format ,but in another laptop or my tv to connect it working but why in system its not working i replaced all in my usb but it getting same problem,and getting message of windows not deducting

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your drive.
First, you should backup any important data which you might have on the HDD, just to be on the safe side. After that I'd recommend that you try the drive with a different USB cables and the laptop you've been experiencing problems with, to see if anything changes. After that you could download DLG (Data Lifeguard) and run both tests (Quick and Extended), to see if anything out of the ordinary pops-up. You could also try updating or reinstalling the Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller's driver, to see if that fixes things up. You should also try updating your OS if you have any available updates to see if that changes anything.
You should also try a different external drive with that laptop, to see if the same thing happens.
