Alright so. PC is pretty good, doesn't seem to have any problems except I am wondering if these are some signs for a failing or a bad HDD. Corrupt OS maybe?

Now noise is one. Now and then it will be extremely noisy.

I am wondering if this is a HDD or another component problem. My PC seems to take forever to boot off and it goes completely black and all parts are still on. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to finally shut down, just before it didn't for more than 5+ minutes and I decided to force power it down using the button. Is it HDD or OS or another component?

Solution
If it hangs on the post screen after you turn it on

This can be a sign it's failing. because the system is finding it hard to detect it / read whats on it

If you can hear grinding noises, it maybe on its way out / ready to die

Alright thanks, sounds like it's the dying part then lmao

How long do you reckon it would take before it actually 'dies'. Minimum and maximum.

Sounds like I'll be having fun soon.

Do you reckon that it could potentially be a failing or corrupt OS (windows) instead of it being a dying HDD?

Like it's most likely the HDD but is there a chance that it may be?
