Question HDD Initialize error

My laptop stopped working; so I remove the SSD from the laptop and placed it on the other laptop but Disk Management kept on giving error initialize error.

I tried multiple HDD recovery softwares but none of them showing the HDD.

Any suggestion?

It may well be that the drive died.

But for investigation, you do NOT put that drive in a different laptop or PC.
Rather, you use a USB dock to investigate that drive.
