HDD is not detected in my pc but working fine in another device!

I am using Transcend External 1TB HDD and I am facing two type of problem!
1. My HDD is not showing/working/doing anything on my computer. it just nothing. when I plug the HDD into my USB ports, just the lights get to turn on but nothing happens to my computer. not even a detecting sound! I tried everything that might be mentioned in google by someone. i read every article about external HDD issue in google! Trust me, Everything!

2. My HDD is working fine on other devices like other computers, laptop, smart tv, smartphone ( with OTG) except for my computer!

Now, I don't think an HDD can read a PC's IP address to track him and decide that it won't work on this computer ever again because of some vengeance or something ( i am sorry if I don't remember when the last time i misbehave with my hdd)

Shahariar Khan, have you tried connecting other devices to the port? Was it working before?

Hi Sharry
Check to make sure the USB port is working, try a different port.
Go to your motherboard manufacturers site and download the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard (USB drivers are included in 'chipset' drivers)

If this does not work. Post back with your full computer specs.

Other USB port is fine! pen drive or any other devices I plugged into my USB ports are working perfectly! it's only happening with this HDD! Though my HDD was working fine 3 months ago, now it's not working! I downloaded the latest chipset from the manufacturer website, yet it's not working! Tried to change Bios setting! I have total 6 USB ports in my desktop but none of them are working for this HDD! But my HDD is working fine on other devices except my computer!

N.B- Almost 2 months ago i borrowed a Desktop from my friends for very important purpose and then i changed that desktop with my everything (Ram, processor, Internal HDD, Power supply, graphics card) except my motherboard and then That HDD was working fine in my computer! and when i gave him back his desktop and changed my desktop the way it was before, only then for a weak my HDD was working fine unfortunately! after 1 weak of use that HDD problem started to occurring again!
