HDD is slowing down the pc

I have a powerful pc when gaming and working but when I try to copy/paste or start up it slows down to hell and according to dell diagnostic boot the hard drive is not ok. But when the pc crashes I beat it so every thing works fine what can I do to fix this

check the re-allocated sectors in a HDD health program the drive might have bad sectors.
the crystal disk info is a good program for this job:

as you can see in the picture the number of re-allocated sectors cause the drive to go on caution mode. this is the main problem that could cause slowness.

Hi there Mahdi_7,

As most probably there is something wrong with the drive, you should really back up the important data stored on the drive ASAP.
After that, you can test it with a tool that can provide SMART data, as iXeon has already suggested.

what can I do if it is caution

If all else fail you can try and get a 250GB SSD for the OS then get a new 1TB HDD for cheap like a western digital caviar blue one (there like £40-60 nowadays)

If the SMART data says Caution, then you will need to replace the drive. In case it is under warranty, you can just RMA it.
