Run windows 10. My data 3TB 3.5" hdd was not recognized, maybe after a power issue. In dismgmt not visible. I took it out of the pc, opened the disk to see the write arm was stock on the platters. Nothing special to see. Closing and connected it as usb drive with “ugreen usb3.0 to sata”. No external power used. Now diskmgmt sees the drive but says “no media”. So no access. I used diskdrill, but not recognized in the program. Is there anything I can do myself? How can I attach a screenshot of diskmgmt?

Hard drives can sometimes still work after being opened but I'd never trust one that was. If the head assemblies landed on the platters, especially if they are stuck, that's a big problem. Modern hard drives should never have the head assemblies touching the platters. Older drives (10+ years ago) would park the heads near the center hub but modern ones unload them from the disk completely. You could try to gently unstick them from the platters but the chance of damage, assuming it hasn't already occurred, is very high.
