HDD not showing up in Windows?

So I got a Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016), and I installed it correctly and everything. No faulty SATA or power connectors. It shows in Computer/Disk Management, but I cannot assign a drive letter to it, or do anything. See below (it's the Disk 0, with 1862GB of storage):

It is Unallocated.
What options does it give you when you RightClick on that space?

Probably..."New Simple Volume"
Do that.

Ok I got it! Needed to Create a new volume. Thank you all for your help!
