HDD problem help

sometimes when i power my pc it wont boot unless i remove my HDD and after full boot i turn it off and reconnect my HDD (ihave a SSD as primary )

Are you sure your PSU is powerful enough for your system? Some specifications could help.

if in warranty rma the hdd if not i guess could be psu ?

SSD
HDD blue WD

1 case FAN
