I m kumar. I m from india.
i have a seagate hdd and my hdd reaches 43 degree when i use opera. I have a deepcool exhaust fan for low the temp of hdd. In month of January my hdd reaches 42 degree when playing game and now 43 degree when opera or high software using time.
In which area we are leaving it is extremely hot. Why it is happening because this is summer time. I have little bit dust in my pc. I have seasonic 850w psu.

Solution
I just read that its like 50C in India right now. So that you see such temperatures from your HDD is nothing unusual and I doubt a new case will change anything.
Normally components can live through something like that, since those components are sold everywhere on the world and have to work in even the harshest condition, but if theres important data on it I would make a backup regularly.
You could try pointing your air conditioning, if you have one, near the intake of the PC case, if youre really that concerned. Other than that I wouldnt worry too much.

please help me now my hdd reaches at 61 degree with a deepcool 80mm blue led fan. So what to do? Earlier in months there was no 61 degree. Only 42 degree while playing enough games. I have a seasonic 850 watt psu.
8 gb ram. Should i blow a compress air to my cabinet? this psu has passed 4 months. So do i blow with a compress air.

I dont know your case setup, I dont know if you have enough air going in and enough air going out. I dont know where your HDD is mounted and if there is hot air not able to get out around it.
Just blowing air onto your HDD wont help if no fresh air is getting into the case.

yes i live in India and it is extremely hot now. Now we have summer season. In month of january and february i have no issues about 61 degree hdd. In gaming time i get only 42 degree of my hdd with the help of my 80mm exhaust fan. So it is because of hot?

Your hard drive is getting hot because you don't have enough case airflow. If you can't install more case fans because there are no additional case fan locations that can be populated, then you need to get a new case. Any case using an 80mm exhaust fan is extremely old or extremely low end. Get a new case and populate all the case fan locations, whether intake or exhaust. Make sure the case has at least one, and preferably two, front intake fans and at least a rear and a top exhaust fan. You don't want a case that uses any fans smaller than 120mm. 140mm would be better but a lot of cases use 120mm for the rear exhaust and either 120 or 140mm for the rest. Even that would be fine. A single 80mm exhaust fan is not enough to keep the hardware cool in any modern configuration.

but in month of february (winter season) i get only 42 degrees while playing games.

That's because it's cold, so the air in your unit is also colder. If you don't want to listen to any of the recommendations you've been given here, most of which directly address the fact that you don't have sufficient cooling unless the ambient temperature is consistent with winter time, then I don't know how we can help. There is no other answer. A brand new drive probably isn't going to run any cooler than what you have now, without sufficient cooling in your case. Try taking the side panel off the case and see if your temperatures drop at all. I think I've said all I can about this.

ok i have understood. Now can u give me some names of cabinets. I m staying in india. So our currency is Rupees.

Now i m running with a 450 watt psu and i have tested a game. The temerature deceases 33 degree to 42 degree during gaming. Is something wrong on my seasonic 850 watt? please say no...please say my 850watt psu is ok. I have already being nervous of my 850watt psu.
