I m kumar. I m from india.
i have a seagate hdd and my hdd reaches 43 degree when i use opera. I have a deepcool exhaust fan for low the temp of hdd. In month of January my hdd reaches 42 degree when playing game and now 43 degree when opera or high software using time.
In which area we are leaving it is extremely hot. Why it is happening because this is summer time. I have little bit dust in my pc. I have seasonic 850w psu.

I just read that its like 50C in India right now. So that you see such temperatures from your HDD is nothing unusual and I doubt a new case will change anything.
Normally components can live through something like that, since those components are sold everywhere on the world and have to work in even the harshest condition, but if theres important data on it I would make a backup regularly.
You could try pointing your air conditioning, if you have one, near the intake of the PC case, if youre really that concerned. Other than that I wouldnt worry too much.
As I said before, we know nothing about your system. If your PSU is the only exhaust fan in the case and its fan doesnt work, then it could explain higher temperatures. But then you would probably never have as low temperatures as you mentioned. Other than that the PSU has nothing to do with temperatures, especially when its mounted in the bottom.

Yet I somehow doubt you have understood that the ambient temperature plays the biggest role. If its cool in your room, all components in the PC will be cooler too. If its hot in your room, all components in the PC will be hot too.

I have not installed this 850 w psu at down wards. I have installed it up.
currently i m running a 450 watt psu and my hdd temp is 42 degree while playing game.

Now i m running with a 450 watt psu and i have tested a game. The temerature deceases 33 degree to 42 degree during gaming. Is something wrong on my seasonic 850 watt? please say no...please say my 850watt psu is ok. I have already being nervous of my 850watt psu.

Finally i have shifted to my office, where 24 hours my AC is on. I changed my psu 850w to 450w psu. And i have seen my hdd temps gone low. I ran the game in my father's office. The hdd temp is 40 degree while playing games. No 47 degree or 48 degree. I don't how this is happened. Because of changing psu?? i don't think so because i have seasonic bronze 850w psu fully modular.
