HDD recognized in BIOS but not Disk Management

Hello! I just bought a pair of two Toshiba 1TB HDDs the other day, and one of them seems to not be working. The other one worked flawlessly, but I can't get this one to show up in Disk Management. When I go into BIOS, the boot order shows my Intel SSD, Hitachi HDD, and then my Toshiba HDD, but Disk Management won't recognize it at all. I have tried many of the fixes already mentioned on this website to no avail. Other disk management programs do not seem to be helping either. I've tried using the same exact SATA connector that I'm using for my other two HDD/SSD on the Toshiba one, which also didn't work. I'm not sure what to do at this point, as I'm out of options. Thanks for your help!

Hi, Check if listed in diskpart or with an Windows install disk. If not, I suggest RMA-ing it.

I does not show up in diskpart, however it does show up in Device Manager!

It could be but you can't format it if not listed in diskpart or Disk management.
