HDD shows 100% usage

Hello
I have 1 tb wd hard drive with 5400rpm with windows 10 installed
When I start my pc it shows 100% usage for first few mins and then drops and increases normally
Why is this happening..?

Could you please elaborate first few mins? If it is happening for 1-2 mins its pretty normal if you ask me. Its just the OS loading all the necessary apps and processes.
Also try disabling any unnecessary app startups during boot.
You can do it from the task manager in windows 10.

also it do that if your low on main ram. most newer pc should have 8g of ram min.,
