Hdd shows as 0gb Bios

I looked everwhere and could find specific solution with the same mobo.
I have 500gb hdd that shows as 0gb no model or anything in the Bios. I checked multiple times that everything was connected properly.

Mobo: Asrock z97 extreme 6
Os: Windows 10

Unfortunately, a drive that shows as 0 GB in BIOS could be a faulty one.
You can try using different cables(both SATA and power ones) and connect it to a different SATA port. In case the issue persists, it may be a good idea to attach it to another system. If it appears as 0 GB over there as well, then the drive has failed.
You can just RMA it if it is under warranty.
