HDD Speed problem

Windows 10 64bit
i7 6700K
Gigabyte Z170X gaming 7
Gskill Trident z 16GB 3000mhz
Gtx 1060 6GB msi gaming x
Hdd Toshiba p300 7200rpm 3TB
Western digital 5400rpm 1TB

When 2 hdds connected to pc
One of hdds work with slow speed
Toshiba 7200rpm working with 0.01kb/s :|
And Western 1tb work with normal speed and fine
But when I disconnected Western 1tb
Toshiba 7200rpm work with fine 7200rpm speed without any problem

I asked some people about this problem and could not found something
My Friend said 2hdds must at same Buffer and same Spin(rpm) and same capacity
Is it true ?
Toshiba and Western both 64mb buffer but 3TBvs1Tb and 7200rpmvs5400rpm

What is problem ?

Your friend is 100% wrong.

Your Toshiba drive may be dying.

I recently buy it ! Its not old hdd ( Toshiba )
When use single hdd (Toshiba )
Its work Fine with Good Speed and no problem
Hdtune Show 1 error and no badsector on toshiba 3tb hdd
Error is Interface CRC error - status = attention
When i checked some hdds all of them have this error (crc interface error)
Even My WD 1tb that work without any problem have CRC interface error
But both of them work very good singly
Very strange problem :|

CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) signifies a failing drive.
It may be new, but it is failing.

Crc error = sata cables failed

How can i save my 3tb datas ? I haven't any other HDD

It may be the cable, it may be the drive.
Save your data? If it still sort of works, copy that data to somewhere else, NOW.
