Why did you open the hard disk in the first place?
There's a reason why they build the hdd in a room with zero dust

I saw a video that the thing that wiggles up and down is stuck in middle andi opened it to see if it is

That is a dead drive.
It was dead before you opened it.

Opening it just put the nails in the coffin.

And be really careful about following random utube videos, if you don't really know what you are doing.
