Hdd swap and board?

So I have a nice liquid cooled PC all name brand components along with a nice cyber power PC, it runs AMD but I would like to swap out the powercolor 7580 into the liquid cooled computer along with my 2tb hard drive now could I just swap everything and have it ready to go never done it before they both have Windows 10! So once again swap hdd and graphics/video card what needs to be done
