Best option is to reinstall Windows on the SSD, and copy over any files you need, than format the HDD. but sense its an oem copy will it let me and also can i just transfer the driver setups i need onto a flash drive if i download them before hand You can't copy it because the HDD size has shrunk. It's not easy. It's need to be copied to an equal or larger disk. Even if you did, Windows will detect a Hardware change and it will set off the genuine advantage notification.
