Hdd tracking

Hello,
just wondering if anyone knows of any way to track data access on a hdd from a laptop if the drive is removed and attached to another computer

Your question is somewhat ambiguous. If you're asking if HDD data from one Windows PC can be viewed on another Windows PC, the answer is yes. It doesn't matter if it's a laptop or not. If it's a SATA drive you might need to make some BIOS changes in the second rig and if it's an IDE you may need to rearrange some jumpers on the HDD to make it visible. BTW, you can also view such data over a LAN.
