HDD transfer/copy help

I hooked up a new 2tb hard drive in my computer, i've formatted it and all that stuff. I need help on how to copy my C drive to my new E drive. I tried using DriveImage XML, but that didn't copy the OS over. I'm running out of ideas and any help is much appreciated!

Download Macrium Refectly and then clone your C drive to your new E Drive. Then set the 2Tb as the primary boot drive in BIOS. You may have to extend the partition to get the full 2Tb as well.
