HDD won't spin, suspected burnt diode/inductor?

Alright, so here goes. I have a housing for a HDD that I stuck a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320gb drive in. I use it for storage for my Xbox 360. One day it wouldn't work. So I messed with it and noticed that the drive wasn't spinning up. So I looked at the hard drive and notice that there is something on the PCB that is burnt. It kinda looks like a diode or something like that to me. I will attach a picture so y'all can see what I mean. But how do I fix it? Replace the PCB or the diode or whatever it is?

Unless you have the exact same PCB, you're not going to have any luck trying to fix it since it's not a user serviceable component. The drive is as good as gone unless you can locate a shop that provides services to recover data professionally.

BTW that is a really old HDD...

Yeah I know it's old. It's just something I had laying around.

I hope you didn't have anything important on it, like your save files...?

Yes it does. That's the only reason I'm trying to fix it. Does anyone know if fzabkar is still around? He seems to have a bunch of resources that might be of help.
