[SOLVED] HDD's not showing ing bios or windows

Hello everyone i recently built a new gaming pc however it doesn't recognize any hdd's i just plugged into it.
spec's,
Asus rog strix b450-F gaming
ryzen 5 3600x
16gb(2x8gb) rgb geil evo
120gb superboot2 m.2 boot drive "temporary"
1tb hdd "just installed"
1tb hdd "just installed"
rtx 2080ti ssc black
750 psu gold rated
ethernet
however not reading any hdd's, i checked the power cords and the satas

Possible M.2 -> SATA port confliction?
