HDMI 1.3 Gold or HDMI 1.4 witch one to buy I have gtx 770 4gb and I dont have 3d monitor just LED 1080p samsung tv.

hdmi 1.4a is for 4k tvs, 1.3a has been the standard for quite some time. Either will work as 1.4a is backwards compatible, so whichever is cheaper.

The 1.3 Gold its cheaper but will I get the same picture as 1.4? I am more for the 1.3 because its gold..

770gtx is 1.4a compatible, your tv most likely be 1.3a. 1.4a hdmi cable will work with the tv.

1.3a is native 1080p, will give the same picture if using 1.4a. 1.4a is just a higher bandwidth cable allowing the throughput for higher resolutions.
