HDMI cable and monitor power

After I inject the HDMI cable, my monitor is going immediately to the power saving mode. My other cable didn't show this problem. Cable problem or what? What's the deal? Bit frustrated. The monitor isn't even giving any second. Straight to off.

Monitor- Dell S2240L
GFX card- AMD Sapphire R7 250 (1 GDDR5)
