Question HDMI Capture WITHOUT a computer

Does anyone know of an HDMI input device that can take an HDMI input but does not require a PC, something like an elgato capture card, but it stand alone and independant, kind of like a PVR. I've seen some out there but they all have bad reviews. Do you know of one that is reliable? Looking to capture HDMI at 1080 60FPS. AnyonE?
