Question HDMI issue

Hello
This is not a problem i think but more of a concern
I tried to plug my computer HDMI cable to my TV and some sparks appeared( very very minor) when plugging the cable
Can this somehow damage my gpu , or my TV?
Both TV HDMI ports are working but i´m worried if it somehow damage something
I´m wondering if it can somehow damage the ports of the TV or the gpu itself
It was a hot plug btw

Yes, you can do damage. The PSU or the TV is not grounded properly or is defective. IF you have a DMM you can find out what.

I don´t have it
I also don´t have grounding
Everything is working but i´m afraid if something is damaged
