Question HDMI lag in games

So i got a new monitor- 27" curved Samsung c27f390fhu, and when i connect it with HDMI it lags in games.I get 10fps max.Apart from games it looks like its works fine. On my other older monitor i used VGA.What could it be?

i5-4690K 3.5GHz
8GB RAM
GeForce GTX 760

The HDMI cable is E97252-H

It works perfectly fine with VGA fps-vise, but HDMI just cant play games. Also i played games on my SONY TV before with other HDMI cable and sometimes it worked fine sometimes it couldn't run more than 10 fps just like this monitor.
