Either you did not link the picture or it's blocked where I am, but is the taskbar actually missing or just hidden at the bottom of the screen off the visible area where you can't see it. Are you using dual monitors or just the TV? The taskbar will only be on the main screen, so if the TV is a secondary monitor the taskbar won't be on it.

I'm using the Tv to watch movies or tv shows and My desktop monitor for play games and other stuffs. The desktop monitor is the main screen and the tv is the second and I don't know why the task bar disappears on my desktop monitor. You didn't see the pictures right?

Can't see the pictures, but they may be blocked. What happens when you hit the Windows key on the keyboard, does the taskbar pop up then? Is it maybe just set to hide automatically? Check to make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set to the monitor specs, maybe it's off the screen.

I wish you cold see the pictures, yeah When I hit the Windows key the taskbar pop up everything is normal just when I plugged the HDMi cable in, It disappears.. Please click to the links to see the pictures

That site is blocked, but the taskbar pops up, then it may be that it's bellow the visible part of the screen. Make sure your resolution is correct for the TV and set the refresh rate to 60, although for some TVs I have seen 50 as the default.
