[SOLVED] HDMI to DVI cable works with GeForce GTX 1650 but doesn't work with IGD

I have a simple HDMI to DVI cable because my Philips monitor only has vga and dvi.
Since GTX 1650 only has DP/HDMI outputs I've bought this cable... but when I tried to switch to integrated Vega 11 (Ryzen 5 3400G) it showed a black screen, I forced integrated graphics, and it worked... only in VGA.
So apparently HDMI to DVI cable works with gtx 1650 but doesn't work with Vega 11... why?
My motherboard is Gigabyte A320M-S2H rev. 1

First of all i'm not sure why you are using the integrated graphics at all but that is neither here nor there.

As for why there is really only one possibility and that is a bad HDMI port on the motherboard. The pinout will be identical so if the port is working then it will work. Secondary to this the port MAY be disabled in the BIOS but this is an odd thing to have happen

i couldn't find any setting to "enable" hdmi port. only "Integrated graphics" and "Initial Video Output"
I'll try my HDMI television and a hdmi-hdmi cable from my ps4. if it won't work, then something must be very wrong.
