Question HDMI to USB adaptor with no driver installed

My firm has disabled all USB connections for fear of us using storage devices. This includes any USB that tries to install a driver onto the computer. When trying to hook up an additional monitor, I plug the RayCue adaptor in and it needs a driver, which I cannot install. Anyone have an idea of a HDMI to USB adaptor that does not need a separate driver?

laptop? get a new laptop with usbc with display output
