If you have no idea what is being talked about, you should not be posting unhelpful spam. There are no options to look for hdr on newegg or any retailer. There is no easy way to know what has hdr support.

The hdr10 specs are 4k res and up so that already cuts down on your options. It's still rather new and mostly on tvs and even then for full hdr capabilities, you're looking at higher end models which is going to kill the budget. With it being new, it's not widely used, especially as it's 4k, so you're going to have to do more research.

If you are only interested in the wide color gamut and high contrast parts of the hdr specs, then that's been around quite a while. There are lists for 10 bit monitors but for true 10 bit, not 8+frc...
Why are you searching hdr monitor lists, whatever those are? Just go to an online store like Newegg and look at the monitors they offer. You can even filter by price. You'll see right away what's out there and what it costs. If you aren't in the US then do the same with any online store you would use where you are.

There are lists for 10 bit monitors but for true 10 bit, not 8+frc, you are looking at least $800. You should also be aware that many software are not going to support 10 bit let alone hdr. For high contrast, you'd have to be looking at va (don't confuse ahva) or oled and you don't even find oled monitors, just tvs. You might just find tvs that are cheaper with hdr but be careful with it saying hdr vs actually having full hdr support. Got to love marketing.

DELL S2418H - 23.8 INCH 99% sRGB AMD FREESYNC GAMING MONITOR (6Ms RESPONSE TIME, 60Hz REFRESH RATE, FHD IPS PANEL,DELL HDR) its an hdr monitor costing around $250 ..thats it i guess

From what I'm seeing, it's not true hdr. It's still a common 6bit+frc ips monitor but I see no pro reviews to confirm. Normal color gamut, normal contrast. User reviews are rather poor and mention the hdr feature hardly does anything. I mentioned it before but beware marketing.
