HDR causing low framerate

Hi,

I get noticeably lower FPS in Destiny 2 with HDR on. I've now run the FFXV benchmark and have the same issue.

On a GTX1070 and 4790k with 16gb ram, on the high preset in the benchmark I get:

HDR off: 6700points
HDR on: 4800points.

Any ideas why?

Because HDR eats a lot of ressources, that's why. It gets worse when copy-protection is involved.
The fps-drop is just what is to be expected.
