Question headphone device and stereo mix suddenly disappears

i have via hd audio in my laptop..
if i install via hd audio driver from via official, it works but no headphone device and stereo mix
(i can't use stereo mode even i use headphones)
so... i installed windows 7(x64) driver for it, included in driver installer path
it works very nice, all things seems to be working
but after few times use, headphone device and stereo mix disappears
is windows updated my audio driver?
how can i fix it?

1.headphone
2.stereo mix
3.speaker
4.mic(front)

(disappeared)

also they disappears from control panel

Laptop drivers should only be sourced from that laptop manufacturer's website, not from the device manufacturer.

i tried it at first but nothing changes...

Those drivers from Clevo are only for Windows 8, which suggests that Windows 7 isn't supported on that model.

Did your laptop ship with Windows 7 installed or did you downgrade it from Windows 8?
