Question Headphone jacks not working (front and rear panel)

johnsoner13

Respectable
I recently got a pair of HD58X jubilee headphones and usually I have my headphones plugged into my blue yeti but i wanted to see how they sounded directly from my motherboard. When I plugged them into my PC's headphone jacks (tried this with my cloud IIs as well) I just got some kind of high pitched noise/feedback, from the rear panel and front panel jacks.
They both worked fine recently, as I just got my blue yeti only a few weeks ago and had my headphones plugged into the rear panel jack which worked fine. But for some reason neither of the jacks are working anymore. Any ideas? I downloaded/updated realtek drivers but to no avail.
I also want the jacks to work even though I can use my headphones fine through my blue yeti because I want to buy an amplifier that will connect through the 3.5mm jack on my PC.
The most notable things I remember before recognizing the issues on the headphone jacks are blowing on my PSU to get the dust off (it was turned off and unplugged) and I think I switched my monitor power cable and PC power cable on accident, if that even matters.
