Hello,Im new to this forum and I don't know if this is placed in a right category so sorry.
So..My I bought these headphones about a month ago and 2 other headsets that I had one side of them stopped working and I bought these new ones.
Im not gonna lie my headphones aren't expensive they are about 15 euros but I only used them one month and now my left side isn't working! I thought that maybe I don't treat my headphones well and I destroy them but when I searched about headphones one side not working there were a lot of results, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem. So when I move my head closer to the monitor then suddenly both sides work but when I go a little bit back my left side isn't working. If I had these headphones for about a year or two I would understeand they are old and I need to change them but only 1 month has passed and my warranty was only for 15 days so I can't get them back..I also play a lot of CS:GO and its really hard to play with only one side working,so can anyone help please...
BTW My headphones are Gembird and this is how they look like: http://www.anhoch.com/img/products/full/mhs51001.jpg

Hi there,
If the headphones perform differently from one moment to another it sounds like a cable problem.
Is the cable detachable? (it looks like not but want to make sure).

Have you checked the 3,5 mm jack? it might not be connected properly (this is the most common problem with intermittent loss of audio on one side).
It seems like that is a headset not a headphone, does it end in two 3.5mm jacks or 1?
Try testing the jack on something like an MP3 player to see if the problem is coming from your headset or not (if there are two connectors not one).
