Headphones with in line mic and separate audio in/out on case

OK guys, so I am looking at a Fractal Design Core 2300 to use in my next build, but I am not sure if the audio is compatible with my headphones. On the case, there appears to be separate ports for the audio in and audio out. My headphones have an in-line microphone that I use when playing games to chat with friends.
