When a 2.5" HDD + USB3.0 enclosure case is removed the USB3.0 cable of PC that powers the case, how many seconds does it take for the read/write heads of this HDD to enter parked mode?

I was confused because I contacted WD chat and they said that 2.5" hdd + usb3.0 case entered parked only in power off disconnected usb cable of pc
There is no single technology for how drives will park the heads.

As shown earlier, some use a spring. Once power is lost, the spring takes over and pulls the head tot he parking area.
Other drives use the spinning rotation.
With external enclosures, a lot of them have a g sensor. When detecting a fall, it cuts power and the drives internal parking tech takes over.

There are probably other methods.

There is no single method or timespan.

Again, all this was covered before.
