headset audio problem

hey everyone! wasn't sure if the motherboard section was the correct one to put this thread in, but like the title says, I am having some problems with the audio/mic of my headset

I have speakers plugged into my mobo and they work perfectly fine but when I try to plug in the headset on the front of the pc tower, or even behind, no sound comes out of my headset. I would like to be able to switch between speakers and headset for whenever I am playing a game

additional info: when I experiment and unplug my speakers from behind the tower and replace them with the headset, it seems to work...at least the audio part, didn't test the microphone yet. What can I do? might be a super simple fix that I am over looking, been super exhausted lately.. thanks every one

from the motherboard audio panel see if it is a via or realtek headphones cut be cut off if speakers are on .

since it use realtek panel go in it to advance mode and see if both box on the front panel detection are on i have to put them on to have my headphones work and speaker thet will made a mic picture appear beside the spreaker on main page ,that is a error on the interface build .
