Hi guys. I game on a PC, and I have an xbox 360 controller (wireless with receiver), a ps4 wireless and an xbox one wireless. I mostly use the xbox 360 one because it has a wireless receiver..and the other controllers as of now can only be connected with a cable.. but that is a separate issue. (If you want to answer this mini sub question: when will we get wireless PC support for xbox one or ps4 controllers?, then go ahead!)

I tried plugging in headphones into the circular headphone slot in the DS4 controller, but the sound of the games do not go into it.

What can I do to make it so that when I plug in headphones to a controller that is connected to the PC, the sound stops coming from the screen and instead goes into the controller?

In addition to wanting sound in them, I inter to play tactical shooters with the voice chat..an I can't do that right now because my PC is connected to a TV and the desktop is too far away to plug in a headset directly to it.

Are there drivers I need to download? HALP

Huh? This isn;t the issue. Besides, the xbox 360 controller doesn't have a slot big enough for modern headphones anyway so I am not focusing on it. Mainly I am focusing on putting headphones into ps4 controller. Maybe I could get a port that allows for xbox one controller headphones

OH RIGHT >_< wow I read that completely wrong, sorry about that!

Well what I can add to that is that I remember looking at headphones before the Xbox One and PS4 came out and I was told that there was no way to port modern headphones back to the Xbox 360/PS4 controllers as they are all designed for the new consoles now :/

This was a while ago though, they may have a port now.
