short: headphone mic works fine on everwhere but my main pc its really low and has terrbile quality when i boost it have tried mulitple solutions nothing helped asking here before reseting whole windows for this issue

Razer isn't very clear on how it connects, except for mentioning a 3.5 mm jack, and a drawn picture of a 4 pole jack. Most laptops and consoles use that type of connection. However most desktop PCs need two 3.5 mm jacks, one for stereo out and one for mic in. Both on front and rear connection.

What type of PC/connection are you trying to connect it to?
