health drops to 87%

I bought Seagate 2tb internal harddisk in 2015 december. within 10 months it drops health to 10%.so i Replaced with with new from warrenty. Again within 6 it drops health to 87% now. pls give solution. It is showing 8 bad sectors and 100 errors during data transfer.
