Heat sinks to cool my VRAM?

Can you link me to some VRAM heatsinks as I am going to water cool my r9 280x TOXIC. I need overall 16 heatsinks.

Caution: Make sure the suggested ram sinks will fit under the GPU water block if the water block extends over the memory chips, and most important, you have to cool the cards VRs as well!

After researching your graphics card it has hard mounted VRs and I'm not really sure how that plate works with the memory? Are You?

They already have heat sinks mounted all you have to do is supply the air flow to cool them.
