Heat transfer with RTX 3080ti, RTX 4080, and 4090 laptops vs 2080S Max-Q

How do the laptops with RTX 3080 TI, 4080 and 4090 handle heat transfer vs a 2080 Super Max-Q? I never got my 2080 Super Max-Q to overheat, but I know that was the design of the GPU. My 10th gen i9 would always hit TJMax well before the GPU did.

It's complicated. No answer will be complete without knowing the exact laptops being compared. The cooling solutions are very different depending on the manufacturer.
