I'm trying to help you. Do you think that me insulting you is a way to solve this problem? Do you think that accusing me of insulting you is a way to get assistance? I'm sure your issues are frustrating. It would be nice to have a magic fix that instantly identifies and solves the problem, but that often does not happen.

I don't understand where you are coming from. We went through a lot of steps, nothing worked, then it fixed itself. You did not mention to me that you had replaced the thermal paste just before the system started acting normally. You made no reference in this thread to your skill at waterblock replacement. It IS important to determine that the block/heatsink is properly affixed. A simple 'I've done that and checked' would be sufficient. I was agreeing with what geofelt said, Check the back of the motherboard to verify that all 4 pins are through the motherboard and locked.
If you nudge the cooler, there should be no wiggle.
not suggesting that you are incompetent or foolish.
