Heatsink fit on MSI z87-GD45 or GD65

hi. I was wondering of the Phanteks PH-TC12DX or 212 EVO would fit well on MSI Z87-GD45 or GD65? im about to build my first gaming PC. just need an advise from the experienced people here. thank you.

Yes, the all of the cpu coolers that fit on Ivy Bridge platforms fit on Haswell. I have a Hyper 212 EVO on a MSI Z87 Mpower motherboard and it fits perfectly. You shouldn't have any problem at all.
