Heatsink for AM4

I come from a RL passive (most of the time, the radiator was out of the case). Now, i am searching for a good heatsink. Its fan must be very quiet, or it can works with a 1500 rmp max. fan. The CPU is an AMD A-12 9800.

I suggest the usual— Hyper 212. Get an AM4 adapter bracket from HyperX’s site.
